Built for PPC experts and agencies

Learns the business first

Crawls the website (sitemap, service, product and contact pages) and writes a Business Profile: what is sold, where, and what must never be blocked.

Smallest safe negative

Blocks the root word, not the whole search: “jobs”, not “web design jobs in mohali”, with plurals, misspellings and Hinglish variants in one pack.

Blast-radius check

Every negative is replayed against 90 days of searches. Anything that would block a converting search is flagged red and never bulk-approved.

Hindi and Hinglish aware

naukri, sasta, muft, kaise banaye, नौकरी: Indian searches are understood, not ignored.

Positive keyword list

The searches that stay, converting ones first, plus converting searches that are not keywords yet, ready to import into Google Ads Editor.

City and state targeting

Pick the states and cities your ads run in: other places are flagged, and a city report shows which words sell, and which waste money, in each city.

Website audit for ads

Broken pages, slow pages, missing titles, no mobile viewport, no phone, form or WhatsApp: the landing-page problems that make clicks expensive.

Exports or one-click apply

Google Ads Editor CSV, shared negative lists, Microsoft Ads CSV, PDF report, or apply through the Google Ads API with dry run and rollback.

Which searches waste money?

Most accounts leak spend on the same kinds of searches: job seekers (“web designer jobs”), learners (“digital marketing course”), do-it-yourself searchers (“website kaise banaye”), free-seekers, piracy, people looking for another company's login, and searches from cities the business doesn't serve. A tool that blocks whole search terms misses the next variation; one that blocks single words carelessly kills good traffic. NexOper blocks the root word and checks it against everything that converted.

Frequently asked questions

What is a negative keyword tool?

A negative keyword tool reads your Google Ads search terms report and finds the searches that cost money but can never turn into a sale, such as job seekers, students, free-seekers or people in a city you don't serve. It then gives you negative keywords to add, so your ads stop showing for those searches.

How does it decide which search terms waste money?

It first crawls your website to learn what you sell, where you sell it and what must never be blocked. Each search term is then checked by rules (jobs, courses, DIY, piracy, Hindi and Hinglish words, places outside your area), a statistical test on words that keep spending without converting, relevance to your offer, and optionally AI agents. Unclear searches go to a review queue instead of being blocked.

Can a negative keyword block searches that bring sales?

That is the main risk, and the tool checks it before you add anything: every proposed negative is replayed against the last 90 days of searches. If it would block a search that converted, the proposal is marked red, never bulk-approved, and narrower alternatives are offered.

Does it understand Hindi and Hinglish searches?

Yes. Words like naukri, sasta, muft, kaise banaye and their Devanagari forms are recognised, so Indian accounts don't leak spend on searches an English-only tool would miss.

Can it guarantee my ads show only for my keywords?

No tool can. Google matches close variants and AI Max expansions, and hides part of the search terms. The tool blocks the visible junk with the smallest safe negatives and shows how much spend Google kept hidden.

Which ad platforms does it work with?

Google Ads (report upload, Google Ads Editor files, or the Google Ads API with dry run and rollback) and Microsoft Advertising (CSV exports, with broad negatives translated to phrase match).

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan audits one website with CSV exports. Paid plans add more clients, AI agents, several Google Ads logins and daily automation.
